The General Motors Building in Midtown, Manhattan is now home to the Savoy Club, an amenity suite designed by Fogarty Finger. Located at 767 Fifth Avenue, the historic commercial building comprises 2 million square feet and overlooks Central Park.
The Bromley Companies has unveiled a new artwork by Sam Gilliam in the redesigned lobby of 122 Fifth Avenue in Union Square, Manhattan. The painting, titled “For The ‘Friend’ (2022),” is one of the late Gilliam’s last art pieces he worked on before his passing in 2022.
Lincoln Equities Group and H.I.G. Realty have announced plans to construct three new specialty manufacturing and biotech buildings at the Princeton West Innovation Campus in Hopewell, New Jersey. The commercial campus is located at 311 Pennington Rocky Hill and currently has 915,000 square feet of leasable space, plus an additional 35 acres of undeveloped land.
Excavation is progressing for Rolex’s new 28-story headquarters at 665 Fifth Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by David Chipperfield Architects with Adamson Associates as the architect of record and developed by the Rolex Realty Company, the 469-foot-tall structure will yield 199,000 square feet of office and retail space for the world-famous watchmaker. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 53rd Street.
Construction has topped out on 90Ninety, a sprawling 12-story mixed-use building at 166-20 90th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Perkins Eastman for New York-based developer BRP Companies, the 715,000-square-foot structure will yield 614 rental apartments, 25,000 square feet of retail space, a 5,000-square-foot community facility, and 284 sub-grade parking spaces.
