Full demolition permits have been filed for 417 Park Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. According to the filing, the site is owned by GDS Development under the Clover Park Development LLC. It currently houses a 12-story residential building with 28 units. The 143-foot-tall structure was built in 1916 and has a basement, cellar, and penthouse.
Construction has topped out on 799 Broadway, a 12-story office building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Perkins + Wills and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the 182-foot-tall project will contain 180,000 square feet of commercial space marketed by JLL. The corner lot, which is located at the intersection of Broadway and East 11th Street, was purchased by Normandy Real Estate Partners and Ares Management in 2016 for $101 million and required the demolition of several low-rise structures.
A consortium of developers including Kaufman Astoria Studios, Silverstein Properties, and BedRock Real Estate Partners has revealed extensive plans to redevelop and construct a five-block mixed-use complex in Astoria, Queens. Designed by ODA’s New York design studio, the development is known as Innovation QNS and is expected to yield up to 2,700 apartments and more than 400,000 square feet of commercial area.
Davis Brody Bond‘s 21-story tech hub known as Zero Irving is rising quickly at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. Formerly named the Union Square Tech Training Center, the project is being developed by RAL Development and Suffolk Construction and will yield 254,000 square feet with affordable and market-rate office space for tech companies, retail, and dining facilities managed by Urbanspace.

Located at the intersection of Aurelia Court and Flatbush Avenue, the corner lot is a short walk to the Flatbush Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Also nearby is the Brooklyn Triangle commercial retail building and Brooklyn College. Solomon Feder under the 1640 Flatbush OZ Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Previously SL Green Realty filed plans for a mixed-use development of similar size.
