The installation of new glass curtain walls on the lower levels of 388 Greenwich Street and its annex at 390 Greenwich Street is almost complete. Mortar Architecture + Development has released new renderings for 340 Metropolitan Avenue, a forthcoming mixed-use project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that the firm is both designing and developing. As reported by YIMBY last year, the seven-story structure will contain ten condominiums spanning approximately 10,500 square feet, with 390 square feet of ground-floor retail.
