YIMBY has an exclusive new rendering of 175 East 82nd Street, a 39-story residential tower under construction in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Douglaston Development, the 478-foot-tall structure will span 287,632 square feet and yield 73 condominium units in one- to six-bedroom layouts, including three duplex penthouses. The Jersey City Planning Board has approved plans for 792 Communipaw Avenue, a five-story residential building in the Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood of Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Studio A+M Architects and developed by Academy Capital, the 32,583-square-foot structure will yield 38 apartments, with four dedicated to affordable housing. The project will also include more than 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, with nearly 74 feet of frontage facing Communipaw Avenue. The 7,300-square-foot property is located by the corner of West Side Avenue.
