TF Cornerstone is listed as the owner behind the applications after purchasing the adjacent 595 and 615 Dean Street sites, part of the Pacific Park complex, for $143 million at the beginning of the year. TF Cornerstone is leasing the land from the Empire State Development Corporation, once the construction is complete, the deal will convert to ownership.
