Located at the intersection of Fulton Street and Wyona Street, the corner lot is three blocks west of the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Aron Schwartz under the Asco Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Grubb Properties has closed on an $86 million loan to construct a residential skyscraper at 111 Washington Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The development was originally addressed as 8 Carlisle Street and was expected to top out at 50 stories. Updated plans specify a 64-story tower with more than 326,000 square feet of interior space.

Namdar Group has closed on a $160 million bridge loan for 9 Homestead Place, a 27-story residential tower at 618 Pavonia Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by C3D Architecture, the structure will yield 432 rental apartments, 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a 21,000-square-foot office component, and a collection of amenity spaces.
