Demolition work is ramping up at 1 Park Row in the Financial District, where a mixed-use building is planned to rise. Little information has been disclosed on the scope of the new project, which is designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Guardian Realty Management, since plans and renderings were released in December 2017. According to the depiction, the development could stand at least nine stories high.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is currently reviewing proposals to construct a five-story office building at 72 Grand Street in the Soho Cast Iron Historic District of Manhattan. The site currently sits vacant with frontage along both Grand and Wooster Streets. If approved, the new building will top out at nearly 88 feet including all required mechanicals.
Construction has topped out on 28 & 7, a 12-story office building at 322-326 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed in collaboration by Klövern AB of Sweden and GDSNY of New York, the building will yield 105,000 square feet of leasable area.

Located at the intersection of Freeman Street and Manhattan Avenue, the lot is a few blocks north of the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Located between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street, the interior lot is close to the Bedford Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train.
