Located between West 33rd and West 34th Streets, the lot is two blocks from the 34 Street-Hudson Yards subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Cove Property Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is nearly complete on 130 Hope Street, a seven-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by J Frankl Associates and developed by Clipper Equity, the structure will eventually comprise 143 rental units, ground-floor retail space, and a collection of tenant amenity spaces. The property was formerly addressed as 134 Hope Street and is expected to debut this spring.
Construction on 550 Tenth Avenue is quickly unfolding as the first floor of the 47-story residential skyscraper takes shape in Hell’s Kitchen. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization and Goldman Sachs Asset Management JV, the ground-up 520-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure will span 430,000 square feet and yield a total of 453 rental units, with 137 residences for moderate and middle incomes, as well as 9,000 square feet of commercial retail space, over 20,000 square feet of residential amenities, and 26,764 square feet of administrative office space for Covenant House. GO Covenant LLC is the owner and Monadnock Construction is the general contractor for the Midtown, Manhattan property, which is located along Tenth Avenue between West 40th and 41st Streets.
Soloviev Group has joined the race to win one of three pending licenses to construct a casino in downstate New York. In collaboration with Mohegan, an extension of the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut, which owns a global portfolio of gaming resorts, the developers have revealed Freedom Plaza, a 6.7-acre waterfront gaming and residential campus near the United Nations complex in Midtown East, Manhattan.

Designed by INC Architecture & Design and developed by RedHoek+Partners, the structure yields 11 condominium units in one- and two-bedroom layouts with marketing by Compass, as well as ground-floor commercial retail space marketed by Kassin Sabbagh Realty. Albeco Construction was the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Huron Street and Sgt. Nicholas Aleman Way.
