Located between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, the lot is two blocks south the 86th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Naftali Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, after purchasing 207-221 West 84th Street last year for $71 million.

1841 Broadway Rises Past Halfway Mark on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction has passed the halfway mark on 1841 Broadway, a 25-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall structure will yield 180,813 square feet with 173 market-rate and affordable housing units, as well as 11,741 square feet of retail space on the first two levels. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor and DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park.

Harborside 1-3 Completes Renovation in Jersey City, New Jersey

Renovation work is complete on the three-building Harborside complex along the downtown Jersey City waterfront. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and developed by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and SJP Properties, the project involved the re-cladding and interior refurbishment of the commercial office structures, which occupy a long rectangular parcel bound by Harborside Place to the north, Hudson Street to the west, and Christopher Columbus Drive to the south. The overhaul was planned to cost around $75 million and achieve LEED Gold certification.

111 Wall Street’s Exterior Renovations Progress in Financial District, Manhattan

Work is progressing on the $100 million renovation of 111 Wall Street, a 25-story commercial building in the Financial District. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture and developed by Wafra Capital Partners and The Nightingale Group, the project involves the replacement of the structure’s 1960s envelope with a modern glass curtain wall and a complete overhaul of the interiors, which will yield 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space, new infrastructure, an expanded lobby, and amenities designed by URBN Playground. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor and JLL is handling leasing for the property, which is bound by Wall Street and Mannahatta Park to the northeast, Front Street to the northwest, Gouverneur Lane to the southwest, and South Street and the FDR Drive to the southeast.
