The neighboring structures are located at 49 and 51 Gansevoort Street and will serve as a flagship location for luxury retailer Loro Piana. Together, the properties will share the address 3 Ninth Avenue.

Located between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, the interior lot is minutes from the 42nd Street subway hub, serviced by the 1, 2, 3, 7, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, and S trains. NYC Economic Development Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 824 60th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the 8th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N trains. Simon Lee under the Lee Continuum Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is nearing completion on Vandewater, a 33-story, 385-foot-tall residential tower in Morningside Heights. Located at 543 West 122nd Street, the project is designed by INC Architecture & Design and being developed by Savanna. SLCE Architects is the executive architect, Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. is the landscape architect, and Halstead Development Marketing is handling sales for the 183 condominiums.
The Olnick Organization has received approvals from the City Planning Commission to construct five new towers within the Lenox Terrace housing complex in Central Harlem. The Commission voted 11-1, with one abstention, in support of the project following drastic revisions to the original proposals.
