Construction is fully complete on The Park Loggia, a 416-foot-tall residential building at 15 West 61st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Formerly addressed as 1865 Broadway, the 33-story reinforced concrete structure is designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by AvalonBay Communities. Occupancy began last fall at the property, which is located along Broadway between West 61st Street and West 62nd Street, not far from Columbus Circle.

The Loyola School Proposes Six-Story Addition in Manhattan’s Upper East Side Historic District

The Loyola School has partnered with Ernest Harris Architects to propose a new six-story addition to the school’s existing campus on the Upper East Side Historic District. Although the school and affiliated Jesuit church occupy the entire length of Park Avenue between East 83rd and East 84th Street, the address of the proposed addition is listed as 65 East 83rd Street.

Columbia’s Latest Buildings Rapidly Taking Shape on Manhattanville Campus

A pair of glass-clad buildings are quickly taking shape on Columbia University’s new Manhattanville campus. Formally named the Henry R. Kravis Building and the Ronald O. Perelman Center for Business Innovation, the two steel-framed structures will contain 450,000 square feet of classrooms, faculty offices, and lounge areas, and will feature multiple double-height spaces. Turner Construction Company is in charge of building the project designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with FXCollaborative.
