Avery Hall Investments has unveiled plans for a mixed-use project addressed as 272 4th Avenue on the border of Gowanus and Park Slope in Brooklyn. The Brooklyn-based developer is also responsible for the design of the 130,000-square-foot development at the corner of 4th Avenue and Carroll Street, and recently increased the site assemblage with a $5.3 million purchase of 274 4th Avenue and 538 Carroll Street.

Exterior Work Continues on 212 West 93rd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Exterior work is progressing on 212 West 93rd Street, a 14-story condominium building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Located between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenues, the 65,000-square-foot project is designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, and developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, which acquired the 9,000-square-foot plot from the Shaare Zedek Congregation for $34.3 million. It was last reported that the property will yield 20 units designed by GRADE New York and marketed by The Lindsey Stokes Team, a division of real estate brokerage Compass.

Construction Imminent on New Georgia King Village in Newark, New Jersey

Construction is expected to break ground this summer on Georgia King Village, a new construction project in Newark‘s Fairmount neighborhood with affordable housing, residences for the formerly homeless, and a community healthcare clinic with social services for at-risk populations.
