All Year Management has filed applications for a seven-story, 112-key hotel spanning 69-85 White Street, in East Williamsburg. The building will technically be an expansion of the existing single-story warehouse, and the project will measure 79,365 square feet. ODA Architecture is designing, and the developer acquired the warehouse for $9.4 million late last year.
Details are filtering in for HFZ Capital Group’s planned mixed-use development at 501 West 17th Street — aka 76 11th Avenue — in West Chelsea. Crain’s Business reports the developer plans 300 condominiums within the two 28- and 38-story towers, which will also integrate a new park space into the High Line. Bjarke Ingels Group is designing the 850,000-square foot project, which is expected to be delivered in 2018.
The Moinian Group has released a video revealing the gardens and interiors of 3 Hudson Boulevard, the 1,050-foot-tall tower headed for Eleventh Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets. The 3-D animated video offers a new daytime look at the exterior, the partially built Hudson Boulevard Park and yet-to-open 7 train extension at the base of the tower, and the stark white lobby.
Property owner Doreen Tam has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 93 Douglass Street, in Carroll Gardens near Downtown Brooklyn. The building is expected to measure nearly 4,000 square feet, and Shiming Tam is designing. An existing two-story, two-unit brick townhouse must first be demolished.
Real Estate Weekly has the reveal for Advanced Realty’s seven-story, 140-unit mixed-use building at 1316 Willow Avenue, at the corner of 14th Street in Hoboken, New Jersey. Dubbed Willow14, retail space will measure 20,000 square feet on the ground floor, and the project is expected to achieve LEED certification. Construction is well underway, and completion is expected in late 2016.
