Led by STUDIOS Architecture, the building now offers 300,000 square feet of modern office space, a rooftop terrace and pavilion, and a collection of amenity spaces.

Located between 63rd Street and 64th Street, the lot is steps from the New Utrecht Avenue subway station, serviced by the D and N trains. NYC School Construction Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction wrapped up last month on architecture firm FORMA’s first multi-residential project in New York City. Located at 163 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, work on the 4,800-square-foot property consisted of a gut renovation and a vertical residential addition. Saffrock Investments LLC is the developer with construction by SAMA Construction and structural engineering by Murray Engineering.
Work is nearing completion on Gansevoort Peninsula Park, a new 5.5-acre public recreational green space along the Hudson River waterfront off the West Village. Designed by James Corner Field Operations and commissioned by the Hudson River Park Trust, the park will contain a full-size soccer field surrounded by lush landscaping and shrubbery, numerous pathways, stepped seating, a children’s playground, kayak slips, a salt marsh, a dog run, viewing platforms, and Manhattan’s first public sandy beach. The site is located next to Pier 53, directly across from the Whitney Museum of American Art along Hudson River Park.
Innovo Property Group, represented by JLL Capital Markets, has secured $354 million in financing to complete a new industrial development at 28-90 Review Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Total capitalization includes multiple financial packages for acquisition, construction, and development costs provided by Axos Bank, Cerberus Capital Management, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Urban Investment Group.
