But yesterday YIMBY noticed a filing for three little apartment buildings at 362-366 East 173rd Street, half a mile east of the 174th Street stop on the D line in Concourse Village.

Three-Story, Nine-Unit Residential Building Filed At 2756 East 23rd Street, Sheepshead Bay

Mikhail Dekhtyar has filed applications for a three-story, nine-unit residential building at 2756 East 23rd Street, in southern Sheepshead Bay, eight blocks from the neighborhood’s subway station serviced by the B and Q trains. The building will measure 8,172 square feet in total, which means units will measure 908 square feet a piece. Richard Walsh’s Sheepshead Bay-based Citiscape Consulting is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story home must first be demolished.

Six Semi-Detached, Three-Story Homes Coming To 260 Elizabeth Street, West New Brighton

Staten Island-based Foster Development has filed applications to construct six semi-detached three-story, single-family homes at 21-27 Clove Lake Place and 260-270 Elizabeth Street, in Staten Island’s West New Brighton neighborhood, located on the northern shore. The six residential units will share 6,705 square feet of total residential space, for average individual homes of 1,118 square feet. Also Staten Island-based Joseph Morace is the architect of record, and the site’s old 1.5-story home was demolished earlier this year.
