Brooklyn-based Snyder Estates has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 2717 Snyder Avenue, in Flatbush, two blocks away form the Church Avenue stop on the 2 and 5 trains. The building will measure 8,246 square feet in total, which means units will average 825 square feet apiece. One of the units on the fourth floor will also feature a fifth-floor penthouse. Genaro Ureta’s Masbeth-based GRU Corporation is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story house must first be demolished.

The project will include a fifth-floor penthouse, rooftop space, and mezzanine levels on the lower floors. IMC Architecture is the architect of record, and permits were filed in August to demolish the existing two-story townhouse.
