New Details Revealed for Six Cortlandt Alley, Five-Unit Mixed-Use Condo Project in TriBeCa

Back in January of 2014, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the eight-story, five-unit mixed-use project at 372 Broadway, in TriBeCa. Construction began on the building’s conversion in early 2015, and now YIMBY has new details and never-before-seen renderings of the condominium project, which goes by Six Cortlandt Alley. Curbed NY was the first to report on the project’s sales launch.


20 Adams Avenue

Twin Three-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming to 20 Adams Avenue, Grant City, Staten Island

Property owner Joseph Molino, doing business as KDC of Staten Island, has filed applications for twin three-story, two-family houses at 18-20 Adams Avenue, in Grant City, located three blocks from the Jefferson Avenue station on the Staten Island Railway. Each will measure 3,970 square feet, with one residential unit on the ground floor and the second located across the second and third floors. Across both houses, the units should average a family-sized 1,546 square feet apiece. Staten Island-based Michael Deruvo & Associates Architects is the architect of record. Demolition permits were filed late last year to remove the site’s existing single-story home.


131 Devoe Street

Five-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Planned at 131 Devoe Street, Williamsburg

Steven Ferguson, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building at 131 Devoe Street, in northern Williamsburg, located around the block from the Graham Avenue stop on the L train. The structure will encompass 20,008 square feet, and its residential units should average 996 square feet apiece, which means condominiums are probably in the works. Amenities listed in the Schedule A include a fitness center, a bike storage room, a parking garage on the ground floor, and a roof terrace. Midtown East-based Eisner Design is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide assemblage – spanning 131-133 Devoe Street – is currently occupied by two two-story houses.


364 Harman Street

Five-Story, 16-Unit Residential Building Filed at 364 Harman Street, Bushwick

Brooklyn-based Zephyr Construction Management has filed applications for a five-story, 16-unit residential building at 364 Harman Street, in Bushwick, located three blocks from the Knickerbocker Avenue stop on the M train. The structure will encompass 15,845 square feet, and its residential units should average 686 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Amenities listed in the Schedule A include an eight-car parking lot behind the building, a bicycle storage room, a lobby with a recreation room, and a rooftop terrace. Greenwich Village-based De-Jan Lu is the architect of record. The 48-foot-wide site is currently occupied by a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits were filed for it in November.
