New York City-based architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle has returned to the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission with revised proposals to construct a new high-rise development within Brooklyn’s Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District. The building was formerly referred to as 192 Montague Street, but has been presented to the commission on the second try as 200 Montague Street.

The site is located between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue. Pelli Clarke Pelli is the designer of the 71-story, 800-foot-tall skyscraper while SLCE Architects is the executive architect. Ceruzzi Properties is the developer of the Midtown East property. A total of 124 condominiums will be housed within the slender tower of glass and terracotta panels, which feature interiors by Champalimaud. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling both sales and marketing.
Leasing at 90 Columbus in downtown Jersey City is nearing its end, with over 400 of the 529 apartments now spoken for since the 51-story tower came to market last November. 90 Columbus is the fourth and final phase of The Columbus Collection, a mixed-use development by Ironstate Development Company and Panepinto Properties. There are a total of 1,484 rental residences, a 152-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, an approximate 1,000-parking space enclosed garage, and street-level retail space housing a Base Gym and Sprove Market Place.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 112 Seaman Avenue in Inwood, Manhattan. Located between West 204th Street and Payson Avenue, the through lot is two blocks from the 207 Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Mahmoud Saab under the 112 Seaman Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The reinforced concrete tower now stands 800 feet above Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, and is set to redefine and add to the architecturally diverse and ever-changing skyline. This is David Adjaye’s first high-rise in New York City. Hill West Architects is the architect of record, while Lightstone Group is the developer of the 66-story project. Prices for the 242 residences begin around $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom, and range to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing.
