The development yields 20,900 square feet and is designed by Michael Kang Architect. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $57,258 to $167,570.
Exterior work is shaping up on The Benson, an 18-story condominium building at 1045 Madison Avenue in the Carnegie Hill section of the Upper East Side. Designed by Peter Pennoyer and developed by The Naftali Group, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 16 residential units spread across 59,032 square feet, for an average of 3,700 square feet apiece, as well as 3,993 square feet of ground-floor retail. There will be three penthouses, and the majority of the homes will be full-floor layouts. The property is located between East 79th and East 80th Streets, a short walk from Central Park.
Construction has topped out on 109 East 79th Street, a 20-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Steven Harris Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 32 condominiums spread across 145,000 square feet. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales for the two- to five-bedroom residences, which will measure up to over 6,000 square feet. 109 East 79th Street is located between Lexington and Park Avenues, a short walk from Central Park.
Construction has broken ground on phase one of Bronx Point, a mixed-use development in the South Bronx. In addition to 542 affordable housing units, phase one includes construction of the Universal Hip Hop Museum, 2.8 acres of public open space, and a robust mix of community facilities.

Available on NYC Housing Connect are ten units for residents at 63 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $43,488 to $60,165.
