The Department of City Planning is currently reviewing plans to construct a new seven-story mixed-use building at 3285 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Presented in partnership by Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation and MHANY Management, the development would include a new daycare facility and 33 affordable homes for seniors.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. 112 Cooper LLC, a joint venture between Tal Bloch and Aaron Yassin, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
This week the InHouse Group, a New York City-based real estate marketing agency, launched sales at 66 Steuben Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Formerly marketed as Steuben & Park, the ground-up condominium property contains six one- and two-bedroom residences.
Work is nearing completion on 300 West 30th Street, a 16-story residential building in Chelsea. Designed by Studio C Architects and developed by Hiwin USA, which purchased the property from Salt Equities for $27.5 million in May 2018, the structure will yield 80 residential units and ground-floor retail space. Efin Management Corporation is the general manager of the project, which is located at the corner of West 30th Street and Eighth Avenue, a short walk from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and the new Moynihan Train Hall.
Construction has officially kicked off at 15 Monteith Street, a new affordable housing complex in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located within the sprawling Rheingold Brewery redevelopment zone, the project will debut as Rheingold Senior Residences and create 94 apartments for low-income seniors.
