99 Hudson Street’s Interiors and Amenities Near Completion in Jersey City

Exterior work is complete and closings are underway for Jersey City‘s 99 Hudson Street, the tallest skyscraper in the state of New Jersey and number 11 on our annual construction countdown. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by COA 99 Hudson, LLC, the 79-story, 900-foot-tall residential tower contains 781 condominium units. The site is bound by Hudson Street to the east, Grand Street to the south, Greene Street to the west, and York Street to the north.

LPC Grants Preliminary Approval for Rooftop Addition at 224 West 10th Street in Greenwich Village

DCP Architecture has won preliminary approvals from the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) to construct a new rooftop volume atop a historic three-story townhouse in Greenwich Village. Located at 224 West 10th Street, the project will not move forward until the design team modifies the proposed volume to further reduce visibility of the rooftop volume from West 10th Street and Christopher Street.

Construction Wraps Up on The Prime at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens

The final exterior touches are underway on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island CityQueens. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the 11-story building will yield 71 residences with interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar Architecture. Sales and marketing for the units is being handled by Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York. The complex is located at the confluence of 46th Avenue, Jackson Avenue, and 23rd Street.
