Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 30-38 29th Street, in Astoria, Queens. The site is three blocks away from the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains, and a block away from Athens Square. The famous Socrates Sculpture Park is also twelve blocks away. Ascent Development will be responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 952 Bushwick Avenue, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Jacob Scherman of Home Land Property group is listed as responsible for the development.
A rendering has been released for the proposed building at 2065-2067 Ryer Avenue, in the Fordham Heights neighborhood of The Bronx. The structure will command a significant presence in the up-and-coming neighborhood. It will be the tallest building on a block otherwise occupied by three and four-story apartment blocks. That said, the immediate surrounding area is filled with buildings of similar height, such as the one depicted in the right corner of the rendering. UA Builders Group is responsible for the development.
