National Development has revealed the first architectural renderings of Waterstone of Westchester, a forthcoming senior living community in White Plains, New York. Located at 150 Bloomingdale Road, the new development will comprise 132 residences reserved exclusively for adults 62 years of age and above.
Sales launched this week for 1228 Madison Avenue, a boutique residential building on the Upper East Side. Developed by CBSK Ironstate, a partnership of CB Developers, SK Development, and Ironstate, the 20-story tower is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by Kelly Behun Studio.
Façade work is nearing the parapet of 102 Charlton Street, a 21-story, 210-foot-tall residential building in Hudson Square. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, which purchased the property in 2010 for $4 million, the property will yield 59,323 square feet and 61 apartments. The project features a dramatic cantilever over an old low-rise structure.
Construction has topped out at 145 Perry Street, a four-story, 30,000-square-foot mega mansion in the West Village. Alternately addressed as 703-711 Washington Street, the project is designed by Leroy Street Studio with Robert Silman Associates Structural Engineers and includes an abutting six-story, five-unit apartment building to the north along Greenwich Street.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 75-02 21st Avenue on the northern border of Ridgewood, Queens. Located at the intersection of Amory Court and Metropolitan Avenue, the corner lot is closest to the Seneca Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train and the Dekalb Avenue station, serviced by the L train. William Lindenmeier under the 54-24 Metropolitan LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
