A new Target retail store will occupy 28,000 square feet of the building’s lower levels. Above these floors, the development will house 190 rental apartments and associated amenities.

Located at the intersection of Seaview Avenue and Fountain Avenue, the corner lot is closest to the New Lots Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. Apex Building Group under the VBK C3 Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is complete on 40 Bleecker Street, a 12-story residential building at the corner of Mulberry and Bleecker Streets in NoHo. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by Broad Street Development, the property yields 61 one- to five-bedroom units with interiors designed by Ryan Korban. The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is now reviewing proposals to replace all existing windows at 260 West End Avenue, a 15-story cooperative building in Lincoln Square, Manhattan. Skyline Windows, a Bronx-based company, will oversee design, manufacturing, and installation of the proposed window system.
