Permits for a new residential property at 1351 Dekalb Avenue first appeared in 2016 from New York-based developer Joel Brach. Today, J Frankl Associates has made public new renderings of the rising development.
Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 1066 Jefferson Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is one city block north of the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Nigel Boyden of Crox Dale Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
New permit applications from developer Oleg Krasnitsky are expected to facilitate the construction of a nine-story residential building at 733 Ocean Parkway. Located in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, the new structure will comprise 23,091 square feet including 30 apartment units.
The existing four-story building at 200 Montague Street, aka 192 Montague Street, will make way for a new 20-story Beyer Blinder Belle-designed structure. The 10,000-square foot site sits directly adjacent to 75 Livingston Street, aka 16 Court Street. Because the project is among the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District in Brooklyn Heights, plans for the new development will have to be approved by the Landmark Preservation Commission. The scheduled review date is set for March 5, 2019. James M. Patterson of Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.
Leasing at The Pierrepont has officially begun. The upcoming residential building is located at 146 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights, between Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. The mixed-use tower will have 90 boutique apartment units as well as 6,000 square feet of retail space. Designed by Marvel Architects, it is being developed by Jonathan Rose Companies, Bedrock Real Estate Partners, JD Capital USA, and Nuveen Real Estate. Interiors are being designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture.
