A new three-story commercial office building is coming to 29 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located in between Flushing Avenue and Park Avenue, the site sits close to the Brooklyn Navy Yard to the north and Downtown Brooklyn to the west.
A new six-story residential building at 485 Tompkins Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn is about to undergo reviews by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The proposal calls for the demolition of the two-story vacant building currently on site, and would create a new ground-up structure. The new building is being proposed and designed by NV Design Architecture.
A new four-story residential building will soon rise at 221 Schenectady Avenue, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The structure will eventually house seven units and rise 54 feet above above the surrounding three-story neighbors, while covering a total of around 4,080 square feet when complete. Matt Gold of Citiscape Consulting, located in Sheepshead Bay, is listed as developer on the applications.

The property is being developed by Silverback Development, which has brought CetraRuddy and HTO Architect to help with interior finishes and design. Marketing is being led by Bold New York.
