Before construction can begin, the developer needs to secure zoning text amendments for an increase in allowable building height and density.

The 7,343-square-foot masonry development was designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio and yields eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $76,286 to $139,620.
