As The Brooklyn Grove continues to rise in Brooklyn’s buzzing Downtown metro-center, new renderings reveal both interiors and exteriors of the forthcoming residential tower. Located at 10 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn, the structure will rise 27 stories and comprise 184 condominiums that range in size from studios to three-bedrooms.

Fresh renderings from local developer Hello Living reveal a sleek, mixed-use building on the rise in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located on a sprawling corner lot, 203 Sutter Avenue, the project will be named Hello Sutter, and will include 52 residential units and over 10,000 square feet of commercial area.
A four-story residential building will soon rise at 171 Lefferts Place, in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The 2,900 square foot lot currently sits vacant between two low-rise, multi-family residences.
Permits have been pre-filed for a four-story residential building at 168 Bradford Street, in East New York, Brooklyn. The neighborhood is one of four where the city is collaborating with the community to promote the development of affordable housing and create pedestrian-friendly streets. The site is three blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by J and Z trains. Labib Krunfol is listed as responsible for the development.
