Madison Realty Capital is the developer of the site.
Brooklyn-based developer Chaim Landau will soon complete a new four-story residential property in Clinton Hill. The rising building is located on a small interior lot at 385 Classon Avenue and will likely accommodate students attending Pratt Institute, a private university whose main campus is located just four blocks away.

Developer RXR Realty and construction partner BCG recently celebrated their first temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) at 475 Clermont, a 12-story development in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The 363-unit, 400,000-square-foot structure contains a mix of residential homes and retail space. The TCO comes one month ahead of schedule and will allow occupancy to occur two months earlier than originally planned. Aufgang Architects is behind the design for the mixed-use rental building, which will contain 73 units for affordable housing and below-market rates.
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation has revealed new renderings of Building 212, a five-story, mixed-use property within the expanding Navy Yard campus. In addition to manufacturing and office space, the 500,000-square-foot building will also house New York City’s first Wegmans supermarket.
