A new look is out for the proposed three-story building at 147 Saint Felix Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The site is located just two blocks away from the Atlantic Barclays Center intersection. JRA Design Group is responsible for the design.
Development is underway for a new high-rise in Brooklyn Heights. It has been less than a year since the old Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) was demolished, at 280 Cadman Plaza West. Work has progressed swiftly since, and thanks to images from Tectonic, we can confirm the new skyscraper has reached its second floor, with foundation work now apparently complete.
Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 353 Miller Avenue, in East New York, Brooklyn. The site is one blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station on Pitken Avenue, serviced by the A and C trains, and five blocks away from Van Siclen Avenue on Fulton Street, serviced by J and Z trains. Empire State Equities is behind the applications.
Located in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of Flatbush, Brooklyn, construction is nearing full completion at 991 Ocean Avenue. Named The Chateau, the residential building is being developed by the Abeco Organization in collaboration with Gran Lopez Architects and Planners.
