Located between Fulton Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, the two projects at 51 and 55 Sheffield Avenue will have convenient access to multiple mass transit options. The LIRR East New York station is four blocks away, as is the Atlantic Avenue subway station serviced by the L train.
Permits are up for a new six-story mixed-use structure at 996 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Adam Rolston of Incorporated Architecture and Design is the designer for the project, which will be developed by Lee Cohen of BHLD Capital.
