Gotham Organization Acquires Development Site At 130 St. Felix Street, Fort Greene

Gotham Organization has acquired the vacant lot at 130 St. Felix Street, on the block immediately north of Atlantic Terminal in Fort Greene for $5.5 million. Details have not yet been released, and a new building would require approval from City Planning.

The building will measure 3,230 square feet in total, which means units should average 1,075 square feet. Hansa Building Engineering is the applicant of record, and the site’s former two-story home was demolished in 2010.
