The development sites are located between Grant Avenue and Eldert Lane. Nearby transit options include the A train at Grant Avenue, and the A and C trains at Euclid Avenue. 1451-1453 Sutter Avenue, LLC is listed as the owner on the filings.

Located at 1488 New York Avenue, the seven-story project will primarily function as a residence for senior citizens. A ground-floor community facility will provide services for those living in the apartments up above.
