A retail component will measure nearly 1,590 square feet on the ground level, and Philip Toscano Architects is designing. The nearly 8,000 square-foot building is currently getting its façade, and completion is likely later this year.

Two levels will house 30,000 square feet of retail space, and Beyer Blinder Belle is designing. Demolition is expected to convene this summer on the existing single-story structure.
