Designed by BTE Design Services, the structure yields 14,578 square feet and 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $187,330.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, laundry service, elevator, and an on-site resident manager. Residences come equipped with open layouts, hardwood floors, dishwashers, name-brand countertops and finishes, air conditioning, and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,950 for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $156,130 and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,150 for incomes ranging from $73,715 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 31, 2022.

    Agree this is not affordable housing there’s nothing affordable about this.This is for the rich and wealthy and for high income working people.My income 874$ a month can’t even get a sling shot with that that’s way off rental price.Lets just call this gentrification my friends.
