Located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, the lot is near the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, serviced by the D train. Yudi Huang under the Family Dong 168 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Work is nearing completion on One Wall Street, a 564-foot-tall Art Deco skyscraper in the Financial District. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Macklowe Properties, the $1.5 billion venture is the largest office-to-residential conversion in New York City history and will yield 566 condominiums as well as a 44,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and a four-floor, 75,000-square-foot Life Time fitness center on the lower levels. The project also involved the construction of a multi-story expansion above the mid-century annex to the 91-year-old structure. Compass Development Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing with a gallery located within the famous Red Room. JT Magen is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Broadway to the west, Wall Street to the north, Exchange Place to the south, and New Street to the east.
Construction is now topped out at One Grove, a new 12-story residential property in Jersey City. Located at 221 Grove Street in the city’s Liberty Harbor neighborhood, One Grove is the latest project from Strategic Capital, the real estate investment and development platform of China Construction America.

Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor for the mixed-use residential project, which is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 86th Street. Compass Development Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing, and Achille Salvagni is the interior designer.

Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization and Riseboro Community Partnership, the structure yields 692 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 463 units for residents at 30 to 165 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $16,183 to $273,075.
