Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill and developed by Gary Barnett of Extell, the 1,550-foot-tall tower yields 179 units including the triplex penthouse, spanning nearly 17,500 square feet. Ryan Serhant of SERHANT is marketing this coveted unit, which hit the market on September 19 for $250 million, the most expensive home ever listed in the United States.

312 West 43rd Street Rises in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is rising on 312 West 43rd Street, a 33-story residential building in MidtownManhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Taconic Partners, the 373,133-square-foot project will yield 330 rental apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail space in the multi-story podium, and will encompass a seven-story extension along West 43rd Street. Triton Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located between West 42nd and 43rd Streets and Eighth and Ninth Avenues, directly north of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Developers Win Mayoral, City Council Support to Construct Four Mixed-Income Buildings in Throggs Neck, The Bronx

Developers recently won support and necessary approvals from New York City Mayor Eric Adams, the City Council Land Use Committee, and local Community Boards to construct four mixed-income, residential buildings in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx. Located along Bruckner Expressway between Crosby Avenue and Balcom Avenue, the project will create 349 units, including 168 permanently affordable homes, a new supermarket, and 54,000 square feet of unspecified commercial space.
