Back in January, YIMBY revealed some of the first renderings of Union Crossing, a new eight-story commercial project in the Port Morris section of the South Bronx. Today, the development team has returned with images of the building’s nearly completed interiors.
Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 43-21 64th Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between 43rd Avenue and the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, the corner lot is six blocks west of the 69 Street-Fisk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Aharon Benhamo of Mount Sinai Properties is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction at 500 West 25th Street is now topped out and the installation of glass panels in the curtain wall is almost complete. GF55 Partners is the architect of record for the ten-story building while GDS Development is the developer. The site is located next to the High Line at the corner of West 25th Street and Tenth Avenue.
Construction has finished on 1 Flatbush Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn. Located at the crossroads of Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street, the 210-foot-tall building was designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Slate Property Group and Meadow Partners, with Whitehall Interiors responsible for the interior design.
Beam Architects has revealed its first renderings for 85 Rutledge Street, a five-story apartment building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. New construction permits filed in 2018 name Yesh Properties as responsible for the development, while J Goldman Design, a Brooklyn-based design firm, will oversee the design of the project’s interiors.
