The exterior glass curtain wall of 74 Trinity Place has reached its 424-foot tall roof parapet in the Financial District. The bronze-trimmed, 26-story superstructure stands directly behind Trinity Church and is being designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real EstateStephen B. Jacobs Group is the executive architect of the 310,000-square-foot building.

Work on 15, 30, and 35 Hudson Yards in the first phase of Related Companies’ master plan is wrapping up, as the construction elevator hoists on the exterior of the skyscrapers are in the process of being dismantled. YIMBY went to check on the construction progress at 185 Broadway, a new 31-story residential tower in the Financial District designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green. The 260,000-square-foot mixed-use tower is located at the southwestern corner of Dey Street and Broadway, directly next to one of the entrances to the Fulton Street subway station. Pilings and excavation are currently happening.
