Six-Story Mixed-Use Development Coming To 505 Grand Street, Williamsburg

Property owner Ashourzadeh Manny, doing business under 501 EMR LLC, has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit mixed-use building at 503-505 Grand Street, in central Williamsburg. Measuring a total 11,720 square feet, commercial space will take up 2,630 square feet, and the remainder will be residential. BMG Design Build is designing, and a three-story townhouse must first be demolished.

Four-Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned At 26 Marcy Avenue, Williamsburg

An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, two-unit mixed-use buildings spanning the lots 20-26 Marcy Avenue, in central Williamsburg. The four residential units will be dividing nearly 6,800 square feet of residential space, and a combined 3,940 square feet of commercial space will span the development. KMP Design and Engineering is designing, and a single-story warehouse must first be demolished.



410 Nostrand Avenue

Five-Story Mixed-Use Project Planned At 410 Nostrand Avenue, Bed-Stuy

An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use building at the vacant lot of 410 Nostrand Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Retail space will measure 2,500 square feet on the first floor, and the build will span 10,800 square feet in total. Woody Chen, of Infocus Design and Planning, is the architect of record.

10-Story Mixed-Use Building To Begin Constuction At 2171 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, Harlem

Harlem+Bespoke reports a 10-story, 13-unit mixed-use building will imminently begin construction at the vacant lot of 2171 Frederick Douglas Boulevard, in Harlem at West 117th Street. B Plus Realty had filed applications last December for the 15,235 square-foot building, and Raul Cabato is the architect of record. A completion date and renderings have yet to be released.
