Designed by DXA Studio and developed by HAP Investments, the twin 250-foot-tall structures yield a combined 162,834 square feet and 87 condominium units, as well as 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing and Fredrik Eklund’s and John Gomes’ Eklund | Gomes team are responsible for sales and marketing for the residences, with Alex Lundqvist as the sales director in charge. Available one-bedrooms start at $1.3 million and two-bedrooms at $1.995 million, with prices for three- and four-bedroom residences available upon request. This week, Governor Cuomo announced a $400 million plan to redevelop 7.2 acres of the Kingsboro Psychiatric Center campus in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Construction is closing in on topping out at 450 Eleventh Avenue, a 642-foot-tall Aloft Hotel in Hudson Yards. Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 51-story skyscraper will yield 379 rooms as well as a business center, a ballroom, and a fourth-floor restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. The Midtown property is located at the corner of West 37th Street and Eleventh Avenue, directly across from the Jacob K. Javits Center, and is expected to cost around $368 million.
