The affordable housing lottery has launched for Harry T. Nance Apartments, a ten-story mixed-use building at 1860 Eastern Parkway in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The 73,012-square-foot, 67-unit development is designed by Heritage Architecture and developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 55 units for residents at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $18,515 to $84,600.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) has upheld previous approvals for the expansion and renovation of two neighboring carriage houses at 410-412 Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by David Adjaye’s design studio, the proposals will combine the neighboring properties into a large single-family home and expand the structure to three floors above ground.

Designed by AR-Tech Engineering, the pair of buildings will each yield eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units total for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
