Four-Story, Four-Family Building Coming To 1430 55th Street, Borough Park

Property owner Jack Schwartz has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 1430 55th Street, in Borough Park, two blocks from the 55th Street subway stop on the D line. Ruslan Goychayev’s RSLN Architecture is the applicant of record, and an existing 2.5-story house must first be demolished.
