  17. Hello How can these be affordable housing if the Mojarity of the income base is way above what people could afford? MOST OF these so call affordable housing are more than double and triple what the average person makes in a year. To me this is NOT geared towards the quote “low income persons or Family”. At the annual qualifications of above $50-$60.000, is Not affordable housing. This is basically affordable housing for people who makes $50-$60,000+. So please tell me affordable for who??

  19. “affordable” housing? It is hardly that…..It is no wonder so many New Yorkers with modest incomes after basic expenses have a hard time saving money for permanent housing and/or retirement!
