Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1915 Beverly Road in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the Q trains. Rosario Parlanti will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a 26-story mixed-use building at 30 Front Street, a parking lot for the Jehovah Witnesses Watchtower building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The lot was the last significant piece of property that the organization had to sell, a process started in 2011 following a decision to move upstate to Warwick, New York. Fortis Property Group is behind the applications.

The site is two blocks away from the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J trains. Logan Fountain Developer LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and the Department of Social Services has officially selected development partners to transform the historic Greenpoint Hospital site into an affordable housing block. In total, the Greenpoint Hospital campus measures 3.4 acres with a total of eight, mostly vacant structures.

Saint Louis-based HOK, the largest architecture firm in the US, will be responsible for the design. Located right across from Brooklyn Borough Hall, the site will have access to a plethora of transit options. Within just three to four blocks, guests can find the A, C, F, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains.
