The forthcoming project will take shape at 107 South Sixth Street where a four-story commercial building currently stands.

Located at the intersection of Throop Avenue and Gates Avenue, the corner lot is a short walk to the Bedford-Stuyvesant subway station, serviced by the G train. Located between 6th Avenue and Carlton Avenue, the lot is one block from the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and Long Island Railroad trains. Greenland USA under the Pacific Park Development, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development has submitted permits to construct a new seven-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at 633 Dekalb Avenue, the proposed property would comprise nearly 40,000 square feet and top out at 69 feet tall. Magnusson Architecture and Planning, a New York-based design studio, is listed on the submitted permits as the applicant of record and will most likely serve as executive architect for the new building.
