Property owner Jose Minassian has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building on the 14-foot wide vacant lot at 754 Lafayette Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant, four blocks east from the Bedford Avenue stop on the G. Suresh Manchanda’s L&C Associates applied for the permit, and an existing single-family townhouse must first be demolished.
