A developer known as 307 Kent Associates is in pursuit of zoning map amendments to facilitate the construction of a nine-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at 307 Kent Avenue, the property is currently occupied by a long-running, multipurpose event space known as Villain.
Construction is nearing completion on the United Arab Emirates’ new consulate at 315 East 46th Street in the Midtown East neighborhood of Turtle Bay.
