Construction is nearly finished on 520 West 20th Street, aka The Warehouse, a mixed-use office building in West Chelsea. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Elijah Equities, the project involves the construction of a multi-story steel-framed expansion above a repurposed brick industrial building. Omnibuild is in charge of the construction and the assembly of the edifice, which is located between West 19th Street and West 20th Street, steps away from the High Line.

Located at 141 Willoughby Street, the building was originally expected to support a mix of ground-floor retail, student housing, office space, and residential units. It was also speculated that the building could climb as high as 44 stories with approximately 310,000 buildable square feet. However, the latest pair of renderings appear to reveal a dedicated commercial tower with office suites positioned above the second floor.

Marx Realty has announced an extensive renovation project at 545 Madison Avenue to modernize the Midtown office building. The Korean Cultural Center of NYC has finally begun to rise at 122-126 East 32nd Street in Murray Hill. The Midtown site, which is located between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue South, had sat dormant since excavation was completed following the official groundbreaking ceremony in June 2018. The project is designed by SAMOO Architecture PC and developed by Level Group. The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, NY, purchased the property for $15.8 million in March 2008, including the use of nearly 4,500 square feet of air rights.
