New renderings from Frank Quatela Architects illustrate a forthcoming multifamily property at 63 Pitt Street on Manhattan’s Lower East. The 12-story building arrives from developer Prosper Property Group and will create 59 rental apartments.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 922 Dekalb Avenue, a six-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by BTE Design Services, the structure yields 9,810 square feet and a total of ten units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $139,620.
Construction is nearing completion on The Grand Mulberry, a seven-story mixed-use building at 185 Grand Street in Little Italy. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Be-Aviv and Nexus Development Group, the property will yield 20 residential units above ground-floor retail space and the Italian American Museum. The project is located at the corner of Mulberry and Grand Streets.
Closings are set to begin this August for a new office condominium property at 35 West 36th Street in Herald Square, Manhattan. From developer Hidrock Properties the 12-story, 80,000-square-foot structure is currently undergoing a conversion from traditional office space to office condominium units.
